As users progress through the levels, the buttons decrease in size, helping learners refine their touch screen interactions. With seven distinct levels, Touch Trainer allows caregivers to define whether the app responds to any touch or exclusively distinct taps. The progression system requires consecutive correct responses—setting a parameter such as "10" indicates that users must achieve ten successive correct taps to advance. Any incorrect response resets the count, reinforcing discipline in achieving mastery. Caregivers can also select the duration of audio-visual reinforcements and haptic feedback if supported by the device.
